As tyres go these are fine, and they are certainly cheap, but note that they aren't 45mm wide. Even after using them for a few days mine measure only 41mm wide.

Response:

Well they are definately 700 x 45c. Customer first reported as only 38mm, now as 41mm. They arrive tied in bundles of 25 they can get a bit flattened, but that after a bit more use they will always revert to original shape, as seems to be happening.
