Orders placed after 12pm are + 1 working day. If a parcel is returned to us, because it has not been possible to deliver it, then we will refund the cost of the order after deduction of outbound and return delivery costs that may be incurred. Please note some large items that are light in weight are shipped by volume weight. Collection – Aylesford Warehouse The option to collect is now available from our Aylesford warehouse in Kent:

If you need to collect outside these times, probably best to call ahead. If the warehouse door is closed, there is a bell button just adjacent to it, that you can press for attention. We deliver to all parts of the UK, however, Next Day Delivery is limited to: England, Scotland and Wales
