Not quite what I was expecting

I was expecting the brake pads to be in their original sealed Clarks packaging, but they arrived loose in a small bag. I wonder why? Otherwise, the pads seem OK and have Clarks printed on them. So, apart from the packaging I am satisfied with my purchase. Thank you.

We do buy some of these pads in bulk to save on single use plastics etc.
But all are 100% genuine products supplied to us direct from Clarks Cycle Systems.
